Banquet Hall Rentals: HallRentals@fvfac.org
The Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co. (FVFAC) Multi-Purpose Room has a capacity of 217 people. The rental of the Multi-Purpose Room shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour from the time the doors open for the event. We will provide you up to two (2) hours to set up prior to your event. It is your responsibility to set up the Multi-Purpose Room for your event and clean up the kitchen, serving area and Multi-Purpose Room after the event returning the room set up to a Bingo event. A security deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is required to secure the Multi-Purpose Room rental and is refundable if cleaning is completed and no damage is done to FVFAC property (including tables, chairs, etc.). FVFAC does not allow any decorations or signs to be taped or attached in anyway to the FVFAC Multi-Purpose Room walls. If this policy is violated your security deposit will be retained.
For a child or teenage birthday party (under age 18), we require the following:
- No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises before or during the event.
- If any alcohol is found on the premises without FVFAC Board of Directors approval FVFAC will close the affair immediately.
- Chaperones must be provided by the renter both inside and outside of Multi-Purpose Room.
